1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (referred to herein as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and bk8mas ("Company", "Platform", "we", or "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bk8mas.cam.

By accessing the bk8mas website, creating a player account, making a deposit, participating in any promotional offer, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. 3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain a bk8mas account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. bk8mas does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment, and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by bk8mas or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You have not previously had a bk8mas account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress or undue influence.

4Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one registered account with bk8mas at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address (inclusive of Malaysian city or state where applicable), and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bk8mas will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials. You must notify bk8mas support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bk8mas may require you to complete a KYC verification process before processing your first withdrawal or at any point thereafter. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence. Proof of address (such as a utility bill issued within the past three months) and a selfie holding your identification document may also be required. KYC submissions are reviewed within 24–48 hours under normal conditions.

5Terms of Use

By accessing the bk8mas platform, you agree to use the services exclusively for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following conditions apply to all users at all times:

• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the bk8mas platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• You will not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the functionality of any game, live dealer stream, or betting system on the platform.
• You will not engage in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or the circumvention of anti-money laundering obligations.
• You will not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members or household residents.
• You acknowledge that the outcome of all casino games is determined by certified random number generators or by live game mechanics, and that bk8mas does not manipulate outcomes.
• You accept that all betting decisions are your own and that bk8mas bears no responsibility for the outcome of any wager.

bk8mas reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance with these Terms and to suspend or terminate access where a breach is detected or reasonably suspected.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bk8mas accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels, subject to current availability:

• Online banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC-20), BNB

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The standard minimum deposit is RM30 and the standard maximum per transaction is RM30,000, subject to the limits applied by your chosen payment provider. Individual payment methods may carry lower maximums; these are displayed at the point of deposit selection.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow channels under normal operating conditions. FPX and bank transfer withdrawals may take between 5 and 60 minutes depending on the receiving bank. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times. bk8mas is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be approved to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, or to an account verified in the player's name. bk8mas reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be declined or delayed where KYC documentation remains outstanding.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bk8mas are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In addition, the following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
• The maximum bet permitted while wagering a bonus is RM250 per round or spin, unless otherwise specified. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• bk8mas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before funds become withdrawable. For example, a 15x requirement on a RM100 bonus means the player must place RM1,500 in total eligible bets before any withdrawal can be requested. Only bets placed after the bonus has been credited contribute toward the requirement.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying a wagering requirement. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%; sports betting contributions vary by promotion. Specific rates are published with each promotion.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unexpired bonuses lapse if not used within the stated validity window, which is typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings generated from those funds are automatically forfeited.

8Gaming Rules

Each game available on the bk8mas platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules. The following general principles apply across all game categories:

• Results generated by random number generator (RNG) software are final and not subject to appeal.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and/or game apparatus as streamed in real time. bk8mas is not responsible for connectivity issues that affect a player's participation in a live game round.
• In the event of a game malfunction or software error that produces a result inconsistent with normal gameplay, bk8mas reserves the right to void the affected round and return the corresponding wager to the player's account.
• Sports betting markets are subject to the rules and settlement procedures of the bk8mas sportsbook. Results are typically settled within 24 hours of the conclusion of the relevant event.
• bk8mas offers markets covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, international football, and other major sports. Market availability is subject to change based on scheduling and licensing conditions.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

1. Opening or operating more than one bk8mas account, whether personally or through a third party.
2. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification, or support process.
3. Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
4. Using software tools, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated mechanism to interact with the platform in an unsanctioned manner.
5. Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
6. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the bk8mas platform for any purpose related to money laundering.
7. Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward bk8mas staff or other platform users through any support or communication channel.
8. Registering on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.

10Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the bk8mas platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, game interfaces, logos, button designs, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bk8mas or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of bk8mas.

The bk8mas name, wordmark, and associated brand identifiers are proprietary to the operator. Unauthorised use of these identifiers in any context — including third-party affiliate or review content — without express written permission is prohibited.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk8mas and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to access, the bk8mas platform or any gaming service offered thereon;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether planned or unplanned;
• Decisions made in reliance on information published on the platform;
• Losses arising from wagers placed on the platform, regardless of outcome;
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or network conditions.

Nothing in this clause shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12Responsible Gambling

bk8mas is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all eligible users. The platform is intended for adults aged 21 and above seeking entertainment. Gambling should never be viewed as a financial strategy, a solution to debt, or a substitute for income.

Players are strongly encouraged to:

• Set personal deposit limits before beginning play and review them regularly;

13Amendments

bk8mas reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the bk8mas platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should cease using the platform and contact support to discuss account closure.

14Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bk8mas is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally through bk8mas customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction, as applicable.

Where a dispute relates to a specific game round, bet settlement, or account transaction, bk8mas shall treat its own records as conclusive evidence of the relevant facts, subject to any manifest error. Players may submit a formal complaint through the support channel, and bk8mas commits to acknowledging disputes within 3 business days and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.
